Who you'll be working for

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant preschool community. The ideal candidate will nurture young learners in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, promoting their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in line with ECDA’s guidelines

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T / DECCE-L) or equivalent

• ECDA certification (L2 / L1)

• Experience working with children aged 18 months to 6 years preferred

• Passion for early childhood education and child development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory)

What you'll be doing on the job

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences

• Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Observe and document children’s development and progress

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

• Ensure safety and well-being of all children under your care

• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff

• Prepare children’s portfolios and contribute to evaluation reports
