- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the fund management, asset management, or financial services sector.
- Proven success in building brands and scaling marketing functions in early-stage or growth-stage environments.
- Deep understanding of the investment landscape, investor segmentation, and financial product marketing.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, performance metrics, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

What you'll be doing on the job
Our client is a fund management company focused on delivering innovative investment solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors across Asia. With their investment strategies grounded in rigorous research and agile execution, our client is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead our brand, distribution, and client engagement strategy in a competitive and regulated landscape.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals across investor acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Build and lead the marketing function from the ground up, including brand positioning, digital presence, public relations, and lead generation.
- Partner with the CEO, COO, and investment team to craft a compelling brand narrative and client value proposition.
Investor Communication & Content
- Create high-impact content including investment commentaries, fund factsheets, newsletters, and thought leadership to engage prospective and current investors.
- Ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency across all communications.
Channel Development & Demand Generation
- Develop B2B and B2C campaigns targeting HNWIs, family offices, and institutional channels.
- Identify and build relationships with distribution partners and platforms (e.g., private banks, IFAs, digital wealth platforms).
- Manage events, webinars, and investor education initiatives.
Digital & Brand Presence
- Lead the creation of the corporate website, CRM systems, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing infrastructure.
- Build an authoritative digital footprint that reflects credibility and trust in the investment space.
Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Alignment
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with MAS and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with compliance, legal, and product teams for approvals and governance.
