What you'll be doing on the job

  1. Ensure timely processing of premium payments according to the prescribed ISO quality
    objectives

  2. Handle premium related billings

  3. Ensure timely reply to enquiry from Call Team

  4. Monitor and clear scheme suspense

  5. Monitor DDA and Credit Card Service application submission

  6. Troubleshoot billings and premium payment related problems

  7. Ensure compliance with BNM guidelines, audit, AMLA, PDPA, ISO
