What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Complete Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • Internship experience in insurance field will be advantage.
What you'll be doing on the job
  1. Assist in preparing and dispatching of documents for Notification of Suspense Amount.
  2. Assist in clearing of the suspense amount by way of refund (create payment) or transfer to provision account.
  3. Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authoriser and send to agent/MPH/customers.
  4. Assist team lead in handling Agent, MPH and member's enquires.
  5. Process dept. incoming mails (ie. stamp received, index, photocopy, send to RMD for scanning).
  6. Maintain record for incoming cheques and Direct Credit Form.
  7. Sort and dispatch receipts, outgoing mail, daily / monthly notification and reports.
