Who you'll be working for
A leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- At least 5 years of related HR experience, preferably gained in recruitment
- Highly-adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Service oriented with strong time management skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently
What you'll be doing on the job
- Partner and work closely with hiring functions and business managers.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the hiring requirements
- Take charge of recruitment initiatives, implement those initiatives and track the Return-On-Investment.
- Perform the full cycle of the selection and hiring process which includes sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates from the various platforms and channels i.e. job portal, candidate referrals, career fair etc.
- Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner
- Execute and deliver day-to-day recruitment activities in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met/exceeded
