What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and tools (Excel, ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc)
- Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS, tax compliance, and corporate finance operations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Accounts Receivable: Managing customer invoices, payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Expense Management: Monitoring and managing company expenses.
- Payment Processing: Handling various payment transactions, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other outgoing transactions.
