What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Tertiary qualification in business, administration, finance, management or insurance.
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented industry/ financial institution or 1 year in life/group insurance
  • Communication skills - written & oral, Problem solving, IT literacy, Interpersonal skills
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Handling, processing and managing Policy Alteration request, including Extension Maturity, Reduce/Increase Sum Assured, Changed Risk Commencement Date and issue policy.
  • Handling, processing and managing Data Processing and Data Cleansing request, including update Address/Contact number/Email ID, Client Name alteration, NRIC alteration, etc.
  • Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authoriser and send to Agents/MPH/members.
  • Ensure Health Warranty form received submitted to Underwriter for lapsed cases and update member on the policy status.
  • Ensure cases are process within TAT.
  • Perform Quality Control checking on data entries.
  • Assist Team Lead in handling Agent, MPH and members enquires.
