What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Practising Certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Post-Basic / Advanced Diploma in Nursing Management, Gerontology, or equivalent preferred

What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for residents, including nursing procedures, wound care, feeding tubes, tracheostomy, ostomy, etc., as applicable in residential care setting

• Monitor resident health outcomes, review care plans (NCPs), and ensure that care delivered aligns with assessments and evolving needs.

• Act as a clinical resource for the nursing team, providing supervision, coaching and guidance to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care.

• Promote multidisciplinary collaboration (nurses, allied health, physicians, care concierges) in a holistic model of ageing-well
