What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • 1 year of working experience as Receptionist 
What you'll be doing on the job

1. Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information or forwarding calls as needed.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

2. Visitor Management: 

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth visitor transitions.

3. Mail and Package Handling:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Manage the Courier tracking list for AP payment.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.

  • Manage the Utility bills and download bills for Finance AP for payment.
