1. Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information or forwarding calls as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2. Visitor Management:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth visitor transitions.
3. Mail and Package Handling:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Manage the Courier tracking list for AP payment.
4. Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
Manage the Utility bills and download bills for Finance AP for payment.
