Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in IT or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project documentation standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams.
Experience in preparing user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), and test case mapping.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience acting as a deputy or assistant project manager is a plus.
Act as deputy to the Project Manager—stand in during their absence to run meetings, manage stakeholders, and ensure project progress continues seamlessly.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, bridging communication between stakeholders, product owners, and the technical delivery team.
Develop user stories with acceptance criteria and map to test case scenarios to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Support solution design discussions—validate feasibility, ensure requirements coverage, and confirm alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration—clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Monitor project risks and issues from a business perspective, escalating blockers and ensuring resolution paths are agreed.
Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending technology-enabled enhancements.
