Who you'll be working for
A growing startup specializing in Content Management System (CMS) solutions.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in IT or digital transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project documentation standards.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams.

  • Experience in preparing user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), and test case mapping.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience acting as a deputy or assistant project manager is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Act as deputy to the Project Manager—stand in during their absence to run meetings, manage stakeholders, and ensure project progress continues seamlessly.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, process mapping, and workflow analysis.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, bridging communication between stakeholders, product owners, and the technical delivery team.

  • Develop user stories with acceptance criteria and map to test case scenarios to ensure alignment with business requirements.

  • Support solution design discussions—validate feasibility, ensure requirements coverage, and confirm alignment with business objectives.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration—clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Monitor project risks and issues from a business perspective, escalating blockers and ensuring resolution paths are agreed.

  • Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending technology-enabled enhancements.
