What requirements you'll need to be eligible
1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Science, Information Management, or related fields.
2. 3+ years’ experience in a related field. (Industrial computer/Machine Vision/Motion Control/Embedded System etc.)
3. Fluent in English or Chinese (spoken and written).
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets.
6. Strong analytical and learning skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
1. Pre-sale Support: Assist in the assembly and testing of samples before sales. Help customers with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of systems and applications. Conduct technical training and transfer essential application knowledge to ensure smooth product integration.
2. Post-sale Technical Support: Address and clarify customer needs and issues via phone, email, and onsite support. Provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to ensure a positive user experience.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Proactively understand and respond to customer needs and feedback. Follow up on technical support cases to ensure issues are fully resolved.
4. Responsible Products: Provide support for ADLINK modular computer products (ARM & x86), AI module products (Nvidia & Intel), and other related products (e.g., Panel PC, Compact PC).
5. Test Industrial computer/Machine Vision/Motion Control/Embedded System
6. Support for technical and quality issues
7. Technical support between Korea customers and the HQ(Taiwan).
8. RMA/DOA repair process
