Who you'll be working for
Our client is a luxury retail leader, seeking experienced Retail Stock Assistant!
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Must have good communication skills, effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Must be meticulous and have an eye for details
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Possess driving license (Optional)
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Perform reporting of defective goods & filling up of UD forms (recalling of products on ad-hoc basis)
  • Maintain items in stock room (warehouse) in an organized, clean and tidy manner
  • Assist in sorting and organizing daily delivery from warehouse to boutique
  • Keep accurate record of stock inventory/ stock take
  • Participate in monthly stock take in warehouse & boutique
  • Provide support to boutique to deliver/return stocks to and from boutique/warehouse/overseas transfers
  • Assist in stock transfers and packing
  • Administrative shipping/invoicing support (ad-hoc)
  • Assist on the boutique floor as Runners if necessary
  • Assist in managing after-sales products
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
