What you'll be doing on the job

Job Description

• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Support the preparation of ingredients, including cleaning, cutting, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist during service, including plating and basic counter support when required
• Properly store ingredients and manage basic inventory tasks
• Learn and follow omakase service flow, kitchen discipline, and culinary standards
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef

• Ad-hoc duties as required
