  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in financial industry
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word)
  • Team player with good time management
  • Possess positive work attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Provide administrative support across multiple Operations functions which includes:
    • creation and maintenance of customers and policies data,
    • responding to customers’ queries relating to operations matters,
    • processing of incoming and outgoing document, including document fulfillment, and
    • performing regular quality checks on business processes,
    • resolving any operational issues which arises
  • Work with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the operations processes are running smooth, and ensure all business support tasks are done with accuracy within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Document new business processes and update existing Standard Operation Procedure.
  • Handle adhoc tasks/projects as per business requirements assigned by Team Manager.
