Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Secondary education or above with 1 year customer service experience in banking or investment industry
• Passed in IIQE or HKSI is preferred but not a must 
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin
• Good presentation and communication skills

What you'll be doing on the job

• Handle customer phone enquiries in professional manner related to general banking services
• Maintain good relationship with customers and high- level service standards
• Solve minor complaints from customers
• Shift duty may required
