What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in stock management or warehousing, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle delicate, high-value textiles and accessories.
3. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic knowledge of inventory control systems and stocktaking procedures.
5. Good communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
6. Physical ability to manage stock handling and light lifting.
7. High level of discretion and professionalism, respecting the exclusivity of luxury products.
8. Commitment to upholding the brand’s standards of quality and craftsmanship.
9. Flexibility to work within core business hours and adapt to peak inventory periods.

As a Stockroom Assistant at our luxury fashion company based in Hong Kong, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient management of our high-end textiles and apparel inventory. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock to ensure premium quality handling aligned with our brand's commitment to elegance and refinement. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of luxury product standards, assisting with stock replenishment, order preparation, and inventory accuracy. You will collaborate closely with the sales and logistics teams to deliver a seamless experience for our discerning global clientele, helping to uphold the company’s reputation for sophisticated style and exceptional craftsmanship.
