What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirement 

• 5+ years’ experience in treasury and capital markets 

• Proven track record in bond issuance, underwriting, and international financing.

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, project management, and market regulations.

• Master’s degree or above in Finance or related discipline.

• Familiarity with FX research, hedge accounting, and macroeconomic/statistical analysis.

• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, FRM) are highly preferred.

 

What you'll be doing on the job

Key Responsibilities

• Develop capital strategies, manage cash flow, and coordinate regional treasury teams.

• Lead overseas financing strategies, broaden funding channels, oversee credit frameworks, bond issuances, and post‑loan activities.

• Support IPO preparation, stock buybacks, and asset optimization.

• Monitor FX and interest rate trends, implement hedging strategies, and optimize fund transfers.

• Manage insurance, letters of guarantee, and support M&A/project financing.
