• Ability to multitasking
• Willing to work in non-air conditional environment
• Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Word
• Willing to be deployed across different sites on short notice
• Willing to OT as per required
• Must be strong and fit for endurance
• Able to carry at least 15kg to 20kg of carton

What you'll be doing on the job

Crane Operations

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently to move, lift, and position materials and equipment.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance on crane equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating cranes.

Warehouse Operations

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
• Accounts for all assets in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse.
• Oversees receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
• Provide sorting of documents from customer cartons to an empty container
• Performs routine facility tasks, such as assisting to move boxes of paper and cartons boxes
• Take turns with general light janitorial duties, such as sweeping floors and area cleaning
• The operations module is more like a production chain where the staff need to stand almost whole day to do the sorting
• Perform other related jobs as needed (e.g.: housekeeping, cleaning of machine, area cleaning; etc.)

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in safety training sessions and report any safety hazards.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with warehouse staff and team leader to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and activities.
