What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 10 years’ experience in Real Estate with related degree
• Strong understanding of underlying trends in the Hong Kong leasing market; in-market relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication; communication should be complete but concise, and structured/with a narrative
• Relies on data to make recommendations and decisions

What you'll be doing on the job

• Work closely with agents & vendors to maximize rents and occupancy rental, occupancy, reducing costs and minimizing capex or each other goals set by Management
• Perform asset underwriting and financial modelling
• Provide timely and regular update to management team on financial and operational performance of portfolio
• Conduct marketing analysis & research, rental trends and cost benchmarking, and prepare leasing strategies for existing and new properties.
