Who you'll be working for

The company is a Chinese-owned real estate investor, specializing in developing high-quality commercial and retail properties. They are now aggressively expanding their portfolio and market share in HK; and is now looking for an Asset Director to develop the strategies to maximize the asset performance and profit.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 10+ years with a leadership role in Real Estate Asset Management with a related bachelor’s degree
• Strong market analysis expertise and network.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive reporting and negotiations.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance and profitability.
• Assist on identifying investment opportunities including acquisition, disposition, and repositioning to optimize returns.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to guide investment decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of assets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure efficient maintenance, leasing, and operational management of assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, and third-party vendors to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
