What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1.大专以上学历，国际贸易/英语等相关专业优先​

2.5 年以上外贸销售经验，3 年以上咖啡饮 B 端大客户操盘经历​

3.精通印尼、美国市场商业规则，有当地客户资源者优先​

4.英语听说读写精通，可独立完成全流程商务谈判​

5.具备市场洞察 、 数据分析、跨文化沟通等核心能力​

6.能适应高频出差，抗压能力强且有跨境贸易风险意识

What you'll be doing on the job

1.制定印尼 / 美国市场 B 端大客户开发策略，拓展新客户资源​

2.分解执行区域销售目标，跟进合同签订及款项回收​

3.调研目标市场动态，分析竞品及政策风险并提出对策​

4.协调内部研发 / 生产等部门，保障客户需求高效响应​

5.搭建客户档案管理体系，优化销售流程提升服务质量
