What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Education: Bachelor’s in Network Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in LAN/WLAN, firewalls, and network security.
Certifications: CCNA highly preferred.
Skills:
Fluent English (written/spoken) for cross-functional collaboration.
Expert troubleshooting, independent research, and task management.
Rigorous documentation aligned with IT protocols.
Traits: Team player, calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-driven.

What you'll be doing on the job

✅ Wireless & Switching:
Configure/maintain Cisco WLCs, APs, and switches (core, distribution, access).
Troubleshoot connectivity, coverage, and performance issues.
Monitor via Cisco Prime; perform backups and patching.
✅ Network Security:
Manage authentication (Cisco ISE), firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco Firepower), ACLs, and VPNs.
Implement security policies and conduct audits.
✅ Infrastructure & Documentation:
Oversee cabling (copper/fiber) and vendor coordination.
Maintain inventory, SOPs, and handle warranty/support cases.
✅ Bonus Areas (Skills that enhance your package):
VMware vSphere, NetApp storage, Cisco Unified Communications.
Microsoft Server (AD, DNS, SCCM), Google Workspace, or Azure AD SSO/MFA.
