Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellence in service and performance; manage scheduling, grooming, and daily operations.
Client Experience & Relationship Building
Ensure a personalized, high-touch client experience, build long-term relationships, and oversee CRM initiatives and VIP clienteling.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
Oversee daily store operations, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and adherence to VM guidelines according to brand standards.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and provide feedback to retail/area managers.
Compliance & Brand Representation
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
