Life Assurance

Support to handle emails from touchpoints on technical issues.
Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
Support to coordinate with IT team and related touchpoints personnel.
Prepare and perform UAT test as well as regression test.
Support feasibility analysis for proposed projects, identifying shortfalls and proposing solutions.
Preparing, reviewing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
To assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
