What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, preferably in Healthcare or Health Administration, or an insurance-related discipline.
- Work experience in a hospital setting, managed care, or medical insurance is preferred.
- Medical knowledge (including the 13th Schedule of Fees) in claim processing and understanding of insurance policy interpretation and application.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Act as the primary liaison for policyholders, agents, and designated hospitals on Guarantee Letter (GL) and claims-related enquiries, ensuring consistent and end-to-end support.
- Collaborate closely with the Healthcare Services Department, hospitals, and agents to facilitate smooth hospital admissions, discharges and claims support.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with hospitals and healthcare providers to support service coordination and uphold positive brand reputation.
