The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our call center associates in China and AP regional Chinese tele marketer. He/she will play a crucial role in deploying training programs and e-Learning initiative from headquarters, ensuring effective communication with headquarters and manage multi-layer stakeholder. Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on delivering excellent service and providing the most sophisticated vacation experience to our customers and driving call center performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Assists the Regional Call Centre Leader in various activities including recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, rewarding, coaching, managing conflict, and managing the performance of assigned coach team. Helps analyze data and reports to monitor tour flow and team/unit production performance. Under supervision of and at the direction of the Regional Call Centre Leader, develops, recommends, and implements solutions to increase the number of tours and optimize operation process. Builds and maintains relationships with the other site management team. As needed by the Regional Call Centre Leader, communicates marketing strategies and solutions to the other site. Assists the Regional Call Centre Leader with other duties as directed.
