What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- >2 years experience in technical support, application engineering, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.

Understanding of engineering principles and design workflows.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and related technologies. Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software and its applications.

What you'll be doing on the job
- Provide technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS into their workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS.
- Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
