What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fresh graduate is acceptable
- College's degree is a plus
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange shipments according to the logistics schedules and priorities
- Provide invoices to shippers and manage related documentation including INCA and SAP transactions
- Communicate with OSAT partners, internal teams, 3PL warehouses, and forwarders
- Respond to logistics-related inquiries via email
- Monitor shipment status and work closely with forwarders to ensure timely delivery
- Perform other related duties as requested by line manager
