Who you'll be working for

HK top tier container terminal is now looking for a secruity manager to lead the team and oversee the terminal operation in secruity aspect

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in management with 10 years of relevant experience, or  

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.  

• Experience interacting with government agencies, such as law enforcement and the Marine Department.  

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).  

• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and leadership. 

 

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop and implement security plans and traffic-related policies in accordance with the ISPS Code, conducting necessary inspections.  

• Act as the main contact for external security-related matters and build strong relationships with government entities, partners, and communities.  

• Create and manage service level agreements with contractors and monitor their performance.  

• Foster team development by motivating and evaluating staff performance.
