What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Degree or diploma in Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with a strong background in credit administration and operations, including data entry, transaction processing, and credit reporting.
• Proficient in banking systems, particularly T24, OBS, and FOX.
• Solid understanding of credit workflows, banking operations, and reporting standards.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; capable of working independently and making sound decisions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
• Proven experience in coaching and developing junior staff.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee end-to-end credit administration tasks, including accurate input and maintenance of credit limits and collateral in core banking systems (T24, OBS, FOX), ensuring alignment with loan agreement terms.
• Act as CCRA operator, delivering timely and precise credit reports to internal stakeholders, Head Office, and regulatory bodies such as HKMA.
• Collaborate closely with Credit Officers to maintain up-to-date credit records and support Back Office and BP teams in executing transactions in accordance with approved credit terms and system protocols.
• Manage daily operational duties such as due date monitoring, document scanning and filing, and uploading records into the Document Management System (DMS) for streamlined access.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
