What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, STEM, or related disciplines.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, preferably in insurance.

• Strong background in digital application management.

• Familiarity with regional market delivery and cross-border collaboration.

• Solid understanding of both business operations and technology teams; technical background is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and understand business objectives.

• Experience working in Agile environments or strong knowledge of Agile principles.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Collaborate with Business Owners to clarify requirements and delivery expectations.

• Translate business needs into clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories.

• Support Digital Product Owners in backlog creation and prioritization across multiple digital solutions.

• Participate in design reviews and walkthroughs to validate proposed solutions.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with requirements before final sign-off.

• Maintain strong relationships with business users to ensure satisfaction and alignment with technology teams.

• Ensure seamless integration of system changes with business processes, balancing risk, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Prepare training materials and conduct user training for system rollouts.

• Coordinate cross-functional support for corporate-wide TDA projects and track key milestones.

• Embrace Agile methodologies and new ways of working.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
