What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 3-5 years of working experience as Financial Controller.
- Experienced in managing a team.
What you'll be doing on the job
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with group and statutory requirements.
- Own the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
General Ledger, AP & AR
- Manage the General Ledger, ensuring reconciliations and data integrity.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations including billing, collections, payments, and vendor management.
Tax, Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and statutory/compulsory reporting.
- Ownership of the Atol reportings
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Treasury & Cash Flow
- Manage liquidity and cash forecasting processes, ensuring optimal working capital.
- Collaborate with the treasury function to oversee banking relationships and cash operations.
Group Reporting & Consolidation
- Own the correct and timely submission of financials to Group consolidation tools (e.g., HFM).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of trial balance and adjustments.
Process Improvements
Implement accounting automation and process efficiency initiatives.
