What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Information Technology or IT related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Insurance Domain.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.MS Project, Jira).
- Project Management certification (e.g.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project & other project management tools.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Project Planning
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
- Resource Management
- Manage team roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed.
- Execution & Monitoring
- Lead project execution according to plan.
- Track progress and create project dashboards.
- Conduct regular status meetings,psc and updates.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and issues early.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, updates, and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback.
- Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budget and expenditures.
- Ensure financial tracking and reporting.
- Approve and manage changes to budget scope.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct reviews, testing, and validation.
- Implement corrective actions when needed.
- Change Management
- Manage scope changes and assess impact.
- Update plans and communicate changes.
- Ensure alignment with governance processes.
- Project Closure
- Finalize all project activities and deliverables.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
- Archive documentation and release resources.
