What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Tertiary or professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in Compliance are welcome to apply.
• Experience in handling Compliance related system/platform would be an added advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

• To ensure effective management of the local Compliance function which act as a 2nd line of defence in the company.
• To provide advice to management and staff in relation to regulations handling and technical support on Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (eGRC) system as well as to monitor and ensure
• that business operates within the internal and external rules and regulations.
• Update and maintain Compliance Matrix and monitor the effective execution of Compliance Requirements Self-Assessment (CRSA) on various departments.
• Identify and assess eGRC system requirements, handling of guidelines depository, assessment, CRSA review and maintenance.
• Assess that internal policies, procedures and guidelines reflect regulatory requirements and ensure follow-up of any identified deficiencies, make recommendations to management for any deficiency noted and follow up on the implementation of corrective measures.
• Maintain vigilance over developments in the local regulatory environment to keep management and staff up to date as well as to proactively manage the potential regulatory risk exposure.
