What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Prior sales experience preferred (Min 2yrs)
• Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections

What you'll be doing on the job

• You will have the opportunity to market personal line products to banking customers through outbound efforts (Leads provided)
• Provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries
• Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence
• Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
