Successfully completed NIOSH or DOSH Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) course.
Passed the SHO examination and registered with DOSH.
Must possess a valid Green Book.
Willing to work 6 days per week.
Open to travel and relocate to project sites across Malaysia (initially based in Penang).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Ensure compliance with all occupational safety and health regulations at construction sites.
Implement, monitor, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards in line with DOSH requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate EHS documentation and reports as required by authorities.
Liaise with DOSH and other relevant government agencies on safety-related matters.
