Who you'll be working for
A Hong Kong Based F&B expanding their IT team in Malaysia
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of D365FO modules and ERP support practices.
- Experience in supporting end-users, conducting UAT, and providing training is preferred.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Provide regional support for D365FO modules, primarily focusing on Finance, Supply Chain and POS Integration, under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in resolving functional and technical issues related to D365FO, including troubleshooting and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Offer support in gathering and documenting business requirements and assist in translating these into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, test, and deploy system changes and enhancements, ensuring they meet established accuracy, reliability, and performance standards.
- Provide support during the testing phases, including system testing, UAT, and post-implementation support, to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to application configurations, business processes, and issue resolutions.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback, and assist in recommending improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and documentation for end-users to ensure proficiency in using the ERP system for financial and supply chain activities.
- Assist in the evaluation and integration of third-party applications and extensions to enhance D365FO system capabilities.
