What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within the telesales industry. 
  • 1 - 5 years experience as a telesales professional within the telecommunication industry. 
  • Proven experience in achieving sales target within the telesales function.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM
  • Must be able to speak in English with full professional proficiency. 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Work as a team lead supervising and mentoring between 6 - 10 individuals within your team, focused on driving team members towards achieving individual and team goals.
