What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Political Science, or a related field.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Support the organization of meetings, workshops, training programs, and other initiatives to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance. 
• Project manage business transformation projects, collaborating with individuals across various levels along the way.
• Assist in executing organisational development (OD) strategies that align with business goals. 
• Support cultural transformation projects aimed at fostering an inclusive, high-performance, and engaged workforce. 
• Support the implementation of change management initiatives.
