What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Shared Services, HRIS, or HR transformation roles—preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise HR systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced global environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Singaporeans only.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Implement initiatives to grow and optimize the HR Shared Services Center.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to improve HR systems functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOX and enterprise-level standards.
  • Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports for analytics, compliance, and decision-making.
  • Provide strong support and training on HRMIS platforms to HR teams and employees.
  • Advise business leaders on HR systems, policies, and data-driven workforce strategies.
