Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, IS, or related fields.
1–3 years’ experience in Application Support / Production Support / IAM.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Unix, Mainframe, AS400, and databases.
Experience with IAM tools (OneIdentity, SailPoint, AD) is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP).
Familiar with ITIL processes and incident management.
Detail-oriented, compliance-driven, able to support on-call rotation.
Provide L1 production support for business applications in the GIS domain, focusing on application stability, identity access management, compliance activities, and operational reporting.
Investigate production issues and respond within TRO, maintaining strong FCR.
Monitor incidents end-to-end and escalate to L2/L3 with complete details.
Participate in major incident response (24×7 rotation).
Handle user queries and provide functional assistance.
Ensure system availability meets SLA across supported applications.
Perform scheduled health checks and raise alerts when needed.
Contribute to reports on incidents, problems, and service requests.
Perform user provisioning, modification, deactivation, and security administration.
Conduct offline audit log reviews and reconcile against authorized requests.
Perform monthly VLOOKUP checks for ID anomalies (leavers, duplicates, exceptions).
Execute semi-annual/annual access reviews & recertification, ensuring revocations within 5 working days.
Maintain trackers for manual access requests outside OneIdentity.
Support monthly service level reporting and operational reviews.
Assist with audit RFIs, evidence collection, and compliance documentation.
Support KRCSA activities and BCM testing.
Participate in assigned projects or enhancement tasks.
