Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with at least 2–3 years in performance/testing roles.
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter (mandatory); Tosca or Selenium (optional).
- Proficiency in VB Script, Java, or C.
- Strong understanding of testing standards, processes, methodologies, frameworks, and delivery models.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices.
- Skilled in requirement gathering, forecasting, delivery execution, and timeline management.
What you'll be doing on the job
Job Summary
Seeking a Performance Tester to conduct performance testing for web, mobile, and back-end systems, ensuring quality and adherence to Agile practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end performance testing services, including design, planning, and reporting.
- Coordinate non-functional requirements, test scenarios, test data, and test cases with stakeholders.
- Review and provide feedback on test strategies, plans, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing standards, methods, and tools, support audits and health checks.
- Participate in forums to drive testing innovation and transformation.
- Apply software quality engineering knowledge for web, mobile, and back-end integration.
