What you'll be doing on the job
Ensure all site activities comply with project policies regarding safety, schedule, cost, and quality, and support the Project Manager in achieving these objectives.
Coordinate the work of various trades in relation to the main building works.
Check for discrepancies between the design and M&E construction.
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved designs, including proper use of materials and components.
Liaise with M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as required.
Monitor, supervise, and report on the performance of M&E subcontractors and suppliers.
Work jointly with specialist M&E subcontractors to prepare work method statements and Safe Operating Procedures when necessary.
Track project progress and provide periodic updates to the Project Manager as directed.
Promote safety awareness throughout the construction period.
Implement all company policies, procedures, activities, and instructions as required.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors
