Who you'll be working for
A leading bank in Asia with a global network of 500 branches and offices across 19 countries and territories.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 3–5 years experience in job scheduling / workload automation.
- Hands-on with Control-M, Stonebranch, or similar tools.
- Able to work across Unix/Windows/AS400 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Degree or above in IT or related field.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Monitor and manage batch jobs using Control-M / Stonebranch.
- Troubleshoot job failures and escalate when needed.
- Maintain job schedules, calendars, and automation workflows.
- Support job automation across Unix, Windows, and AS400.
- Handle incidents, updates, and change requests (including on-call rotation).
- Keep runbooks and procedures up to date.
