What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or control in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in HVAC, motors, or electronic components is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality implementation is required.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, inspection plans, and procedures.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with defined specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and manage non-conforming materials, products, and processes.
• Manage and coordinate RMA (Return Material Authorization) cases, including investigation, analysis, documentation, and closure.
• Perform defect and root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering/R&D, Application, Procurement, and Logistics teams to resolve quality issues and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality issues, corrective actions, and supplier-related RMA cases.
• Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation, inspection records, RMA reports, and related quality records.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with audit and customer requirements.

• Ensure laboratory, measurement, and test equipment are properly calibrated, maintained, and used in compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze customer complaints, claims, and RMA returns to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives based on field feedback, RMA trends, and quality performance data.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies, ISO requirements, and applicable local regulatory standards.
