Who you'll be working for
A leading bank in Asia with a global network of 500 branches and offices across 19 countries and territories.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 3–5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Hands-on exposure to infrastructure, preferably server-side environments.
- Experience in at least one area: Server, Network, Backup, or Database.
- Familiar with VMware and RHEL environments.
- Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of product and OS versions, including current and obsolete releases.
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies, infrastructure concepts, and trends.
Additional Skills / Nice to Have
- Exposure to project management frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience in project reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Oracle and MySQL environments.
- Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Coordinate infrastructure build and implementation projects within SBE Engagement.
- Support server-side infrastructure activities across Windows and Linux environments.
- Work closely with engineers on VMware, RHEL, database, network, or backup initiatives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status updates, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure alignment with agreed scope, delivery timelines, and technical standards.
- Assist in version tracking of products, OS releases, and infrastructure components.
