What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Advertising, Business, Technology, or related fields)

  • 2–6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, or Digital Advertising roles

  • Strong hands-on experience with ad servers and DSPs (Google Ad Manager, DV360, TTD, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP)

  • Solid understanding of campaign trafficking, ad tags, targeting logic, pacing, and reporting workflows

  • Experience with workflow and CRM tools such as Jira and Salesforce

  • Knowledge of Video, Display, and CTV/OTT advertising ecosystems

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and campaign reporting tools

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced reporting and analytics experience using Advanced Excel, Tableau, or Looker Studio

  • Familiarity with server-side tracking, DMPs, clean rooms, and data collaboration frameworks

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and ad-tech compliance standards

  • Experience supporting global operations across multiple time zones

What you'll be doing on the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Ad Operations Specialist (SPE) to manage the end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns across proprietary platforms and leading DSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and quality-check media plans; build campaign orders in proprietary ad servers

  • Manage creative asset submissions and accurate metadata entry

  • Traffic campaigns including tag implementation, targeting setup, and frequency capping

  • Perform pre-launch and in-flight QA to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance

  • Activate campaigns and monitor pacing, proactively identifying and escalating risks

  • Generate performance reports and support billing reconciliation

  • Collaborate with global teams to support 24/7 operations across time zones
