What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Advertising, Business, Technology, or related fields)

  • 3–6 years of experience in Ad Operations QA, Campaign Quality, or Ad Tech roles

  • Strong expertise in ad servers and DSPs (Google Ad Manager, DV360, TTD, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP)

  • Deep understanding of campaign trafficking workflows and configuration best practices

  • Proficiency with technical debugging tools (Chrome Developer Tools, Ghostery, Charles Proxy, Fiddler)

  • Strong knowledge of Video, CTV/OTT, VAST, and VPAID standards

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting pre-flight and post-launch campaign audits

  • Familiarity with third-party verification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify)

  • Experience documenting and enforcing SOPs and quality frameworks

  • Exposure to global ad operations standards and compliance requirements

What you'll be doing on the job

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Analyst – Ad Operations (SME) to act as the first line of defense in campaign execution by ensuring all advertising campaigns are accurate, compliant, and error-free before and after launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Flight Audits: Perform detailed QC on Direct IO and Programmatic campaign setups against signed Media Plans, verifying flight dates, budget caps, pacing settings, and rate types

  • Creative QA: Validate creative assets for specifications, file size, and SSL compliance; test 3rd-party tags and HTML5 assets to ensure click-through URLs and impression trackers fire correctly

  • Targeting Verification: Rigorously review line-item targeting logic (Geo, Device, Audience Segments, Key-Values) to prevent delivery errors or media wastage

  • Error Reporting & Feedback: Log all defects in Jira (or equivalent systems) and provide clear, constructive feedback to Ad Operations Specialists for correction

  • Live Campaign Monitoring: Conduct Day-2 checks to ensure live campaigns are tracking and pacing as expected; investigate discrepancies between the Ad Server and 3rd-party verification vendors (e.g., IAS, MOAT)

  • SOP Adherence: Ensure all trafficking teams strictly follow the latest Standard Operating Procedures for the customer’s proprietary tools
