Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and delivery artifacts (DoR, DoD, estimation
techniques).
• Hands-on experience with Jira configuration, JQL, workflows, custom fields, and dashboards.
• Experience building analytical dashboards or reports using Jira, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, ASM) and data or BI-related certifications are advantageous.

What you'll be doing on the job

Agile Delivery & Team Enablement

• Champion Agile and Scrum practices while coaching teams and stakeholders towards a strong Agile mindset.
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agreed commitments and Definition of Done.
• Identify delivery impediments early and work with teams to remove blockers and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritised, and sprint-ready backlog.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders on scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Support alignment across teams by surfacing cross-team impacts and delivery dependencies.

Delivery Analytics & Insights

• Analyse delivery data from Jira to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and delivery risks.
• Review sprint and flow metrics such as velocity, cycle time, WIP, story readiness, and dependency indicators.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Program leadership.

Dashboards, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Design and maintain automated dashboards using Jira, Power BI, or similar tools to visualise delivery
performance.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and PI-level reports highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Track and follow through on improvement initiatives such as story quality, readiness planning, and predictability.
• Work with program leadership to define, measure, and monitor Agile delivery KPIs
