What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• qualification – Polytechnic Diploma or ITE in Chemical, Bio-Engineering, Mechatronic equivalent qualification.
• Good working attitude, initiative driven and able to work independently.
• Proficient in benchmark testing, creating a safe and effective lab environment.
• Experience with glove development and testing is preferred.
• Prior experience working with Tensile tester; FTIR or other test equipments will be an advantage.
• Singaporeans only.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Prepare and maintain laboratory standard operating procedures for all test equipment and pilot line.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintaining supplies; perform preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Participate and support rapid-prototyping works and project activities i.e. pilot line.
• Preparing test specimens and samples. Conduct parts/product samples testing and evaluation.
• Assemble, set up, operate and test of exam/surgical glove.
• Provide reliable and precise data, feedback to support scientific or engineering investigations.
• Support engineers/ managers in project activities
• Observe lab safety and 5S requirement
